A successful ZEV conversion has been completed at the apartment building on Windblosenstrasse in Neuenkirch, with self-consumption optimization now enhanced by Energy Control.

All apartments are now part of the self-consumption association. This makes solar power more profitable for the owner and more affordable for the tenants. In addition, an e-mobility charging station has been integrated and energy consumption optimization has been supplemented with artificial intelligence.
