The Rütiweg development in Hellbühl receives a new PV system from Steiner Energie AG and the intelligent Energy Control energy management system, installed by Elektro Kiser AG.
The residents of the three apartment buildings benefit from clean, self-generated solar power. Electricity costs are conveniently billed via the zevvy cloud by Prola Services GmbH – simple, transparent, and sustainable.
For the apartment building on Grundhofstrasse in Wauwil, two inverters and the charging stations for e-mobility were connected to the Energy Control energy management system.
The electricity meters record consumption data and calculate the proportion of current PV output in relation to grid electricity drawn. The electricity consumption of all residents is recorded via smart meters, fully automatically processed in the zevvy cloud, and billed by Prola Services GmbH.
In the apartment building on Windblosenstrasse in Neuenkirch, a successful ZEV conversion was implemented, and self-consumption optimization was enhanced with Energy Control.
All apartments are now part of the self-consumption community. This makes solar power more profitable for the owner and cheaper for the tenants. Additionally, an e-mobility charging station was integrated, and energy consumption optimization was enhanced with Artificial Intelligence.
